A Warm Welcome
A safe space to talk, reflect and move forward
Therapy can offer time and space to understand what feels difficult, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin developing new ways of coping.
Justyna offers a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach, supporting adults online and in face-to-face consulting rooms in Central London.
Support
Conditions & Areas of Support
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. Therapy offers a safe space to explore what feels difficult and work towards lasting change.

Approaches
Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches
Therapy is tailored to you, drawing flexibly on approaches that best fit your goals.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Understand the links between thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviour, and build practical strategies that work in daily life.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
Explore the connection between mood and relationships — helpful after bereavement, conflict, life transitions or isolation.
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Soften harsh self-criticism and shame, and develop a kinder, steadier relationship with yourself.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, and take steps towards the life and values that matter to you.
Our Work Together
How we will work together
Our work unfolds gently and collaboratively, always at a pace that feels right for you.

Initial consultation
Briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Understanding your difficulties
Explore what you are experiencing, what may be maintaining the difficulty, and what feels most important to change.
Developing practical strategies
Work together using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, IPT, CFT or ACT.
Reviewing progress
Regularly reflect on what is helping, what feels difficult, and how therapy can continue to support your goals.

Ways of Working
Online and face-to-face therapy
Sessions are available online, wherever you are, or in person in calm, welcoming consulting rooms in Central London (EC1V). Many people find online therapy easier to fit around work and family life, while others prefer the rhythm of meeting in the same room.
Sessions last 50 minutes and can be held in English or Polish. We can talk through what would suit you best in your initial consultation.
