Clear, straightforward information about session fees, cancellations and payment, so you know what to expect before getting in touch.
Session Fee
£95
Per therapy session (50 minutes), for both online and face-to-face appointments.
Cancellation Policy
I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for online appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.
Specific cancellation terms for face-to-face appointments differ slightly and are discussed before booking.
Insurance Providers
Justyna does not work with insurance providers (with one exception), so sessions are self-funded. This can be discussed further at initial contact.
Sessions & Agreement
Sessions are available online or face-to-face at consulting rooms in Central London (EC1V), and are offered to adults aged 18 and over.
Once an appointment is agreed, you will receive a therapy agreement setting out full details, including the consulting room address.
